I have the busiest weekend!! And I couldn’t be more happy about it! I am meeting with a bride and her family tonight, engagement session afterwards, and then pizza and pineapple mojitos on the deck with Ali and Kit! Then tomorrow afternoon a beautiful wedding at Morningside Inn after a run of course, and then two shoots on Sunday! Bring it on weekend!

I thought we were done with booking season but I have been meeting with at least 1 bride a week – this week I am two for two with bookings!! Yay!! 2013 is going to be an epic year too!!

I registered for the Army Ten Miler this week! So excited for my friends who got in too!! Sold out by apparently 10am – all 30,100 spots!

Despite the fact that I have had pinterest since before most people heard about it, I made my first pinterest recipe for dessert tonight. Oh yumminess and a billion calories.

I have been warned that I am going to cry like a baby during this week’s Grey Anatomy that I plan to watch after my run this morning. That makes me sad already.

I made Coconut Chicken and homemade Tropical Salsa last night for dinner and I am still thinking about it. It was so yummy.

Sunday evening, after all the Mom festivities were winding down, Robyn, David and I strolled around Brookside Gardens in Silver Spring to get some shots of them to celebrate their engagement. I couldn’t be happier with the results and cannot wait to photograph their winter wedding this December!!

I loved how this wedding was so them – Bekka picked up the flowers and made the bouquets and center pieces herself, the colors were bright and beautiful and every guest there was having an amazing time.

Bekka and Ryan are spending a few days in Ocean City before coming back to real married life and I hope they are having an amazing time!!

And yes, I know, this isn’t a real blog post, but my gums are demanding aleve and I will be honest and say I think I am getting hangry and I can’t eat until my gums stop throbbing and I am sorta a grump right now, I cried a lot today because I am totally pathetic. Yasaman and Randy don’t leave for their honeymoon right away and both are back to work this week but soon they will be exploring all over Thailand. Sounds like an amazing trip!!

I had never been to Pier 5 before but if you love Baltimore, this is seriously the place to get married. The harbor is your ceremony backdrop, Pier 6 offers entertainment for guests that aren’t into dancing and want to hang out on the awesome balcony of the venue, the sounds of Baltimore – even if it is yacht’s horns – are abundant and laughable. I really did have a great time there and hope to be back soon.

Allison and Stephen plan to find some internet today to see these awesome teasers from the Riviera Maya (insert a ton of jealous faces here) and I hope they love them as much as I do!!

This week started the instagram project. For those of you who haven’t read my blog yet this week – yes, I know there are some only once a week readers – you should join in the fun!

I also said I would be blogging some of my favorites. I have decided that I am going to blog them on Friday’s as part of my wrap up! Seems like a good place for them.

The first day we had home. We wanted to know what home looks like or means to you. These can be as literal or as open minded as you want them to be – we just love seeing your pictures! The beauty of hashtags is that you can see everyone’s pictures. I am secretly loving this snaphappy community we are creating. Anyway, these were my favs from #snaphappyhuntmay1.

#snaphappyhuntmay2 was morning. These were very telling. Some people’s mornings started way before I even posted my picture, some made bacon, most were work, and 3 were studying! Ahh! Studying! This was posted at around 7am his time!

Some people still have to go to school. (So curious as to what this little kid is going to post today for happy hour….)

And I am guilty of this and this one actually made me laugh out loud. Under the desk is definitely shoe storage.

And yesterday was friends! Aww! Friends!! I loved all of friends but this one was my absolute favorite. It really sums up the love, laughter and happiness that friends bring.
